Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program Visa

    • The nominee must:
      • Score at least 50 points on the Self-Assessment form
      • Have received a bona fide offer of paid employment at prevailing wage rates in their specific field of study/experience
      • Have education required training consistent with the position offered
      • Meet the French or English requirements
      • Intend to settle in unique Prince Edward Island
    • Critical Worker Stream
      • This pilot program is for labourers, food & beverage servers, customer service representatives, truck drivers, and housekeeping attendants. 

Yukon Nominee Program Visa

This visa allows Yukon employers to nominate qualified foreign applicants for permanent residency.

If you are nominated for this visa, you can immediately apply for a Canadian work permit and you will also be able to submit an application for permanent residence to Citizenship and Immigration Canada. In order to obtain this visa you must:

  • be offered a permanent full-time position in a trade or skill that normally requires secondary school and/or occupation-specific training or alternatively on-the-job training
  • meet the minimum requirements of territorial labour standards
  • provide a comparable industry rate of pay
  • have sufficient financial supports or settlement supports within Yukon
  • have a temporary work permit
  • have worked in the position for six months or obtain a minimum score of 45 points on the Pre-Assessment
  • have the required work experience for the specific occupation
  • be able to conduct basic communications in either English or French
